Please Note:

We reserve the right to refuse sale of a chinchilla at any time. (Note: To purchase a chinchilla from us you MUST be 18 or Older, or have a parent contact us.)

We will require a non-refundable deposit be sent to hold a chin, deposit must be received within 10 days or the chin will be re-listed for sale. Deposit amount will vary dependant on the price of the chin ($25 or 25%-whichever is greater) Once the deposit is received the chin will be marked as sold and a receipt sent. Arrangements for pick-up must be made within two weeks.

At this time we do not offer shipping, but may be willing to drive an within a reasonable distance of our home. We may be willing to drive further gas paid.

All our chins come with a small supply of food to transition to a new feed and a small amount of hay.

Your own carrier is necessary upon pickup of any chin. If you need a carrier contact us prior to pickup and we can purchase one, full reimbursement will be required when you receive your chin.
