*Do you have small children in your household?
*Is this chin for pet or breeding purposes?
*Will this chin have a cage mate? If so, same or opposite sex?
*What type of food and hay are you planning to feed? Why this choice?
*Have you found an Exotics Veterinarian with previous Chinchilla experience?
*Do you have any other pets? If so, How do they react to small animals?

*How old is the chinchilla?
*What sex is the chinchilla?
*What is it's personality?
*What kind of food/hay is he/she on currently?
*How often do you handle the chins? how friendly is it?
*Do you have any background/history on the chinchilla?
*Does this chinchilla have special needs?
